Digital Workspace Manager

What you will be doing
As a Digital Workspace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing the digital environment within NorthStandard. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to ensure the seamless integration and performance of digital tools, platforms, and collaboration systems. The Digital Workspace Manager will be thought leader responsible for enhancing employee productivity, promoting collaboration, and ensuring a secure and user.

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Providing line management to a developing team of Digital Workspace engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workspace strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to digital workspace design, focusing on improving the overall user experience and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards by maintaining effective policies, processes and procedures.
  • Take a leading role in regulatory and internal audits.
  • Provide regular and timely management reporting on digital workspace metrics, usage patterns, and key performance indicators.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard digital assets, sensitive data, and communications within the digital workspace.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the digital literacy of employees.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the effective delivery of digital workspace solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate changes and address concerns.
Your profile

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

 

  • Proven experience in managing digital workspaces, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience

 

  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a lead/management role
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an EUC/Digital workspace role
